- I am Mobile Applications Developer with 8 years of mobile developer experience. I am experience is with J2ME API's MIDP 1.0/2.0, CLDC 1.0/1.1, Web Services, Bluetooth, LCDUI, PIM/File Connection, GPS, Multimedia, HTTP/Socket and experienced in .NET XML Web Services and J2EE Servlets and willing to learn even more! I've written most of my J2ME applications for iDEN, Nokia and Blackberry platforms, although, I beg the differ about Blackberry actually being a J2ME platform. Some specific accomplishments include:
* Writing .NET XML Web Service to provide services to a J2ME Client.
* Rewrote kXML XML parser; open source version was creating too many threads.
* Porting C++ Imaging library to J2ME.
* Writing Custom UI Widgets with reusable abstract Interfaces; graphics supplied.
* Scroll widgets implement Object reuse to optimize memory usage.
* Writing 'Idle Background Thread' for managing HTTP Requests.
* Sun Certified Java 2 Programmer.
* Managing Multiple Projects at once.
