The Wireless Device User Experience Manager will work as part of our client's delivery team by working with mobile operators to configure and/or customize a handset based customer service platform. The UE Manager will act as a product advocate for the mobile operator customer by representing the customer's goals throughout requirements and design.
The UE Manager will provide expertise to the Customer Delivery teams on software configuration choices within each SelfService product. The UE Manager is heavily involved during the project definition and design phase, to expertly lead the customer through an efficient requirements and design process.
Experience - External:
* 5 years of business / systems analysis experience, ideally
with wireless systems
* 2+ years of experience working within the wireless
industry
* Proven and exceptional customer management and relationship
skills
* Extensive experience with user interface and user
experience on mobile devices (wireframe flow diagrams, prototyping, etc)
* Experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst in
a project lifecycle environment
* Self directed and self motivated to deliver the best
results to the client
* Exceptional communications skills (written & verbal)
and the ability to effectively communication with all levels of management
* Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and
internationally
* BS or BA in Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Business,
Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities that will continue the growth of Covestic's profitable IT consulting market share in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate already works in the Pacific Northwest region and is responsible for selling IT solutions and services through a deep personal rolodex in the IT/Telecom consulting market. The ideal candidate will be able to take Covestic's consulting solutions to market through a good understanding of how IT consulting solutions can solve major business challenges for telecommunications and wireless clients.
Responsibilities:
Drive account strategies for large telecommunications clients.
Assist in shaping Covestic's offerings to meet client needs.
Provide clients and decision makers business with technology solutions that can support their business objectives.
Work collaboratively with Covestic consulting practice leaders to target new opportunities and clients.
Manage relationships at all levels within the client organizations, aimed at ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and market new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Manage work profitably, meeting or exceeding the profitability targets established through savvy and efficient use of resources.
Experience - External:
10 years of proven experience in selling consulting IT services to telecommunications and wireless companies within key accounts and geographic regions
Demonstrated and successful experience in uncovering and developing opportunities, specifically at the Director or Vice President level.
Deep knowledge of IT consulting operations. Ideally from a Big-5 background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercially aware.
