Software solutions based products (the NIMS-PrOptima suite) for service assurance, performance management Solutions in operational support systems arena. Leveraging extensive domain experience and many thousands of man-years of know-how in mobile engineering services for multiple technologies including GSM, GPRS, IS-95, and 3rd Generation (3G), together with strong R&D competence in software and product development, Mycom have commenced development of a suite of next generation Service Assurance solutions addressing:
