• Consistently excel in servicing National Indirect Retail Dealer accounts, including quality of all services.
• Develop, implement and manage wireless sales and marketing programs for National Dealer accounts while achieving established sales channel growth objectives.
• Coach and provide direction to National Dealer team to achieve maximum performance.
• Meet or exceed stated sales objectives, including personal and team sales performance.
• Monitor National Dealer operations for strict compliance with policies and procedures including contractual obligations.
• Establish audit trails for all financial and performance objectives within contractual guidelines.
• Develop, implement and evaluate sales incentive programs for assigned Account Sales Representatives.
• Establish churn and customer satisfaction objectives and implement programs to achieve desired goals.
• Develop, implement and evaluate regular store visit program and activity forms to provide feedback to local leadership.
• Successfully manage conflict resolution between National Dealers and customers.
• Provide assistance with commission issues as required.
• Generate and service new accounts involving wireless sales and service to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and cultivate supportive relationships with existing accounts to meet sales objectives including business plans, need and/or cost justification analysis.
• Support National Dealers with financial model information to develop sales activities.
• Manage channel acquisition costs to market budget.
