Current Job Title: At present, I work for Oberthur, a Large French Corporation, as South America Regional Manager for SIM Cards and VAS solution for Mobile and Fixed Operators since 2006.

I have a large experience in the Latin America market, which began on 1993, when I joined Motorola as one of four managers of Company’s star-up in the Southern Cone of Latin America. We supported Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay from Argentina office. During eight years, teams under my accountability, billed up to u$s 33M in products and services. My last position was Regional Global Account Manager for Telecom Italy and Millicom operations in Latin America.

Starting on April 2002, I accepted a position as Sales Manager for Hutchison Whampoa Ltd.(today America Movil property) for its fixed and mobile operations in Paraguay . I led direct and indirect sales forces and retail teams, a dynamic group of around 150 people.

From August 2004 to Dec 2005, I worked as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Flextronics Network Services. My regional focus included Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay in the Outsourcing Service Telecommunications for installation and commissioning.

My educational background consists of an BSEE Degree, a Master in Business Administration and an extensive set of trainings and seminars in USA as detailed in the attached résumé.
