Principal User Experience Designer/director seeking mobile design role

I'm seeking a permanent opportunity or long term consulting opportunity where I can influence mobile user experience strategy for a small to mid size mobile technology company. I'm looking for either a Director of User Experience or Principal User Experience architect position. I'm based in San Francisco and am open to working remotely and consulting internationally. I'd move for an extraordinary opportunity, but am looking to stay in the SF area.

I have skills in setting up user experience groups (process, strategy, hiring), envisioning the next generation of mobile user experience for your product(s) or revamping your existing product and increasing your customer acquisition and retention rates and ARPU.

I have 10 years experience in the user experience design field, with 4 years experience in the mobile industry. I've worked for Motricity, Openwave and AirPlay Network.
